Steve Lambs music career started in his late teens as a guitarist playing covers in small clubs in the north-east of England.
His first break came at around 1983 when he joined an origional band called Sergeant. The band was managed by Carol Johnson the wife of Brian Johnson and singer with ACDC. The band were lucky to get on a support tour with German heavy metal band ACCEPT and he played some prestigeous venues such as the Hammersmith Odean, Manchester Appollo and Newcastle City Hall.
In 1985 Steve joined heavy metal band “Tygers of Pang Tang” resulting
in co-writing and playing on two of their albums, “The Wreckage” and “Burning in the Shade”. This led onto live television appearances, touring Europe and the United States.
Steve is also a current member the “UK Legends” and “Songs of Smokie”
tribute band touring clubs and theatres throughout the UK and abroad.
